Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
If 30 days have passed, but you are facing issues with your purchase that are covered under our manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us at [email protected]ramerica.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, with the only exception of defective or “damaged in transit” items, that will be accepted “as is”.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and within 2 business days, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed deducting a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum of $5). A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days and an email notification will be sent to you.
Note that it might take 3-5 additional business days for your refund to post depending on the method of payment.
If rejected, you will receive an email with the reasons for the rejection based on the terms and conditions described in this policy.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the time frame described in the Refunds section above, please check your bank account or the original payment method one last time, and if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
We don’t replace items. If your purchase is eligible for a return, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order. The return will be subject to the terms and conditions described in this policy.
To return your product, please email us at [email protected] with a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return and, if everything is in accordance with this policy, we will get back to you within 2 business days with the return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
You have 15 days from the moment you receive the pre-paid shipping label to initiate the return. If 15 days have passed and the goods are not in possession of the carrier yet, the label will be voided.
Note that a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum of $5) will be deducted from your refund.
